I’ve got nothing but good things to say. I placed an order for a macerator over the phone with a deadline that was a bit tight, but they accepted it. Later on, they reached out to suggest a different model that had a more dependable delivery. As the date approached, I opted for that one, and they handled the exchange without charging me extra. They even covered the shipping costs, which was really impressive!

Got my order in just 48 hours, but it arrived damaged. I followed their return process, and they received it back in 2 days, but it's been 8 days now and still no refund. Some guy on the phone today told me to hang tight for another 5-7 days for the refund, plus an extra week for the return shipping costs... Only one person I spoke to seemed legit (Ian). I left a negative review, and guess what? I actually got my money back... Crazy, right? Thanks, Nathan!

I got myself a Sevylor 12V pump. It showed up ahead of schedule. I was looking to inflate my Kampa air awning, but I was aware beforehand that the adaptors weren't meant for that, so I tweaked the ones that came with it, and it performed even better than I thought it would.

I had a really bad experience with Pirates Cave. I placed my first online order back in March, and after waiting three weeks without any confirmation or updates, I decided to call and check on it. They informed me that my order was being held because some items were out of stock, and they couldn't tell me when they might be available. To make matters worse, the person I spoke to was quite rude, saying, "we're really busy right now, so we can't promise that all orders will be shipped on time!" Three weeks without any word from them, and they didn’t even reach out to see if I wanted the available items sent, to cancel the order, or to wait for the rest. That’s just unacceptable!

I tried to give them another chance, considering the stock issues due to Covid, and placed a second order with just two items. Guess what? They sent me the wrong items! After some back and forth, I finally got one correct item, but the second one was still unavailable. Over a week went by with no updates or refund. When I called again, it turned out my refund had been missed! The service is really lacking. I bet picking things up in person is fine, but ordering online and waiting for delivery is just not worth the trouble.
